Why Use Exoracing Oil Feed And Drain Gaskets?
Have you ever noticed an oil leak from your turbocharger oil feed or drain flanges? This is common after a while, as combining heat and removing the flanges can damage the gaskets.
This is where our Exoracing oil feed and drain gaskets come in. Designed to be stock replacement gaskets for most T3 and T4 turbochargers, they are quick to install and will last years to come. They will also fit other turbochargers, but please check our dimensions table at the bottom before ordering to make sure.
Steady oil flow to the turbocharger keeps it working perfectly without issue, so although these gaskets may seem small and insignificant, they are actually incredibly important. Aftermarket turbos especially require a turbo oil feed and drain flange and gasket to prevent any fluid leaks that may occur during use, and they generally run much hotter than OE specification turbos.
Our gaskets are pressed from 1mm gasket paper to allow for small compression when fitting. This is important as the seal will be much stronger, and combined with torquing the bolts, your turbo will live leak-free for years to come.
We now also offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our gaskets. We know you will love them as much as we do, and we want to offer a risk-free buying experience.

Exoracing Oil Feed And Drain Gasket Installation Guide:
Follow our step-by-step guide to install your brand-new oil feed and drain gaskets quickly and easily. If you are unsure how to install these safely or correctly, please contact a professional, as incorrect installation could cause turbocharger damage or engine failure.
- First, ensure the engine and turbocharger are cool to the touch to reduce the risk of injury.
- Remove the sump plug to drain the oil and reduce the chance of oil spillage while working on the turbocharger.
- Remove the oil feed and drain lines connected to the turbocharger.
- Remove the oil feed and drain flanges and check the gaskets against the new ones to ensure you have the correct fitment.
- Replace the old gaskets with the new Exoracing gaskets and install everything in reverse to how you removed it, remembering to torque the oil feed and drain bolts to the factory torque settings.
- Fill the engine back up with oil and let the engine run for a few minutes to check for leaks.
- Once you have made sure there are no leaks, run the engine through a few heat cycles and retorque the oil feed and drain bolts, and you are all done!
