Why Use Exoracing Turbo Downpipe Exhaust Gaskets?
Exhaust gaskets play a crucial part in how your vehicle runs and performs. Without them, you would struggle to seal your exhaust system properly, which would cause a lack of performance, lousy MPG, and even harm to your health if the gases leak into the cabin. That is why at Exoracing, we supply only the highest-quality gaskets that will ensure a leak-free exhaust system.
Our exhaust gaskets are crafted from high-quality 304 stainless steel and cut and pressed to meet OEM specifications. This is how we know you will get a great seal from our gasket, which is crucial on any vehicle, especially when orientated around performance.
Often, we find that if you remove an old exhaust gasket when performing maintenance, repairs or upgrades on your vehicle, re-using the old gasket will not get a perfect seal, and leaks may occur. To also aid in getting an optimal seal, we recommend resurfacing the mating flanges to ensure your exhaust gasket can do its job correctly.
We've designed this gasket to work perfectly with the most common t2, t25, and t28 5-bolt exhaust housings, such as the Garrett GT25 series, which utilises a 5-bolt pattern.
Trust in Exoracing to provide top-quality exhaust gaskets for your automotive and motorsport needs.

Exoracing 5-bolt T25 Downpipe Gasket Installation Guide:
The steps below show how to install our Exoracing 5-bolt T25 turbocharger exhaust gaskets. If you lack experience working with cars or are unsure of your abilities, we recommend getting a professional to install your parts.
- First, you need to remove your downpipe from the exhaust housing on the downpipe; this should be five bolts; if not, you're probably looking at the wrong gasket! You may need to remove any o2 sensors in your downpipe.
- Using something perfectly flat, such as a ruler, ensure the downpipe and turbocharger flanges are completely flat and free from defects; if any warping or defects are found, you must resurface your mating faces.
- Install your Exoracing t25 dowpipe gasket, and reinstall everything using the steps above. Ensure you torque the manifold nuts or bolts to the factory settings.
- You can now run your car through a few heat cycles and check that everything is sealed and you have no exhaust leaks.
- Once you are confident everything is in place and working correctly, allow your exhaust components to cool down and re-torque to the factory specs.
- Enjoy many miles of trouble-free motoring, and remember to tag us in photos with our parts at @exoracinguk
