Exoracing B-Series Block Breather Fitting Installation Guide:

Follow our quick and easy steps below to get up and running with your new block breather as soon as possible. The steps should be the same for every Honda B-Series engine, although if you are unsure about installation, please get in touch with a professional who can install it for you.

1. First, lift the car with a jack or ramp, using all safety precautions, such as axle stands and goggles.
2. Make sure the engine is cold before you start working on it.
3. Remove the line from the PCV canister to the intake manifold and blank it off.
4. Remove any other lines from the PCV canister and remove them from the block, leaving an open hole.
5. Use a small bit of oil or lubricant on the O-rings installed on the fitting and press into the open hole, making sure not to pinch the O-rings.
6. If you need to use the supplied fitting tool, place it over the 24mm hex and slowly turn from side to side while applying pressure to the fitting to install it perfectly straight.
7. Once the fitting's flat face is fully seated against the block, you can start making up your AN10 lines to run to your catch can.
8. Once you have plumbed up the AN10 hose to the catch can and ensured everything is tight, you can lower the car back down and start the engine. Check for oil leaks, and once you are happy that there are none, you are all done!
