Vacuum leaks are tiny problems that cause big headaches—rough idle, hunting revs, odd ECU codes, boost spikes, and gauges that never read the same twice. Most of the time, the culprit is an old rubber line that has become hard, brittle, or split due to heat and age.
Our Exoracing black silicone vacuum hose is the simple, long-term fix. It restores an airtight path for the signals your ECU, boost controller, wastegate, and MAP sensor rely on, so your tune behaves, idle settles, and your readings become consistent again.
Built specifically for the engine bay, silicone stays flexible next to turbos, radiators, and headers, and it resists ozone and UV that quickly age standard rubber.
Available in 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm inner diameters, it slips cleanly over common barbed fittings for a snug seal and a tidy, OEM-plus look.
It’s ideal for boost reference lines, MAP sensor feeds, blow-off/recirculation valve signals, fuel pressure regulator references, and gauge lines—anywhere you need a reliable vacuum or low-pressure signal (just note it isn’t designed for fuel or oil contact).
To suit nearly every automotive application, we supply Exoracing silicone vacuum hose in three convenient lengths: 1m, 3m, and 10m.
Replacing old lines with quality silicone also makes future diagnosis easier. A continuous, clearly routed length is simple to trace, allowing you to spot issues at a glance instead of chasing hidden hairline splits.
Fit it once, enjoy a cleaner bay and more reliable running, and drive with confidence—backed by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Installation Guide
- Plan the route to avoid sharp edges and high-heat sources whenever possible.
- Measure, then cut cleanly with a sharp blade or scissors.
- Push the hose fully onto the barbed fittings. If necessary, warm the hose slightly to achieve a snug fit.
- Secure with appropriate clamps (spring clips, cable ties, or small worm-drive) on pressurised or vibration-prone joints.
- Start the engine and perform a leak check (spray soapy water or monitor live vacuum/boost readings).
- Re-inspect after your first drive to confirm secure seating.
Heat Protection (Recommended)
If your vacuum line needs to pass close to high-radiant heat sources—such as a turbocharger, downpipe, exhaust manifold, or a tightly packaged radiator area—slip our Exoracing Silicone Heat Sleeve over the hose to dramatically reduce radiant heat and minimise the risk of softening or melting.
Standard silicone vacuum hoses are rated to a maximum of around 240 °C, but local hotspots in the bay can exceed this under sustained loads. The heat sleeve adds a reflective/insulating barrier that lowers surface temperatures, preserves hose elasticity, and extends service life.
Sizing tip: Choose a sleeve internal diameter that is just larger than the hose’s outside diameter (see specs below).
Cover the section nearest the heat source, keep as much clearance as possible, and secure the sleeve ends with heat-resistant ties or clamps. For routes within ~50 mm of a turbo or downpipe, sleeving is strongly recommended.
