Choose The Right AN10 Turbo Oil Drain Flange For Your Turbocharger
The Exoracing AN10 turbo oil drain flange kit is designed to connect the oil return side of your turbocharger to an AN10 oil drain system. It is CNC machined from T6061 billet aluminium with an 8.5mm thick base, and includes the gasket and M8 bolts needed to mount the flange to compatible turbochargers.
- Available bolt-hole centres: 40mm and 51mm
- Fitting thread: AN10 oil drain fitting thread
- Material: T6061 billet aluminium flange
- Included: 1 AN10 turbo oil drain flange, 1 oil drain gasket, 2 M8x1.25x20 cap head bolts and Exoracing lifetime warranty
- Common turbo use: aftermarket GT25, GT28, GT30 and GT35 style turbocharger setups where the bolt spacing matches
Important: measure the bolt-hole centre distance on the oil drain side of your turbo before ordering. Choose 40mm or 51mm to match your turbocharger, and make sure your oil drain line and fitting setup is AN10 compatible.
Why Use An Exoracing AN10 Turbo Oil Drain Flange?
A turbo oil drain needs to move oil away from the turbocharger reliably. If the flange is the wrong size, the gasket does not seal, or the drain line is poorly matched, the result can be oil leaks, smoking, poor drainage or messy rework once the turbo system is already installed.
This Exoracing AN10 drain flange gives you a clean way to build an AN10 turbo oil return setup. The billet aluminium flange is thick enough to resist distortion, the centre is threaded for an AN10 fitting, and the kit includes the gasket and M8 mounting bolts, so you are not hunting for basic hardware during the install.
This is a smart part to replace while the turbo, manifold or downpipe area is already apart. If you are refreshing the drain side, it is also worth checking the related Exoracing turbo oil feed and drain gaskets, Exoracing AN10 turbo oil return drain fitting and nearby heat protection such as the Exoracing turbo blanket or Exoracing exhaust wrap.
Which Bolt-Hole Centre Should I Choose?
Measure from the centre of one oil-drain mounting hole to the centre of the other mounting hole on your turbocharger. Do not measure from the outside edge of the holes, as this can give the wrong result.
| Option | Choose This If | Check Before Ordering |
| 40mm bolt-hole centres | Your turbo oil drain mounting holes measure 40mm centre to centre. | Confirm the bolt spacing and that your drain fitting is AN10. |
| 51mm bolt-hole centres | Your turbo oil drain mounting holes measure 51mm centre to centre. | Confirm the bolt spacing and turbo drain face clearance. |

Exoracing AN10 Turbo Oil Drain Flange Installation Guide:
Oil drain fitment matters because the return side of the turbo needs a clear, reliable path back to the sump or oil return point. If you are unsure about turbo oil drain routing, ask a professional to install it.
- Let the turbocharger and exhaust area cool fully before starting work.
- Drain the oil or prepare for oil spillage from the turbo oil return system.
- Measure the turbo oil drain bolt-hole centres and confirm whether you need the 40mm or 51mm flange.
- Remove the old oil drain flange, bolts and gasket from the turbocharger.
- Clean the turbo oil drain mating surface and remove any old gasket material.
- Place the new oil drain gasket between the turbo and the Exoracing AN10 flange.
- Install the supplied M8x1.25x20 cap head bolts and tighten to the turbo manufacturer's specification.
- Connect your AN10 oil drain fitting and line, making sure the drain route falls smoothly without kinks or high spots.
- Refill the engine oil if required, start the engine, check for leaks, then recheck after a few heat cycles.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this oil drain flange fit my turbocharger?
It will fit turbochargers with a matching oil-drain bolt-hole centre distance and AN10 drain setup. Measure the centre-to-centre distance between the two drain mounting holes on your turbo and choose either the 40mm or 51mm option.
Does the kit include a gasket and bolts?
Yes. The kit includes the AN10 oil drain flange, oil drain gasket and 2 x M8x1.25x20 cap head bolts.
Does this include the AN10 return fitting?
This listing includes the drain flange kit, gasket and bolts. If you need a matching fitting for your oil return line, see the Exoracing AN10 turbo oil return drain fitting.
Which turbos does it commonly suit?
It is commonly used on many aftermarket GT25, GT28, GT30 and GT35 style turbocharger setups, but you must measure your turbo oil drain bolt spacing before ordering.
Why is the oil drain route important?
The turbo oil drain should flow smoothly back to the sump or return point. Avoid kinks, tight bends or uphill sections because poor drainage can cause oil leaks or smoke.
Notes:
- Measure your turbocharger oil drain bolt-hole centres before ordering.
- Choose the 40mm or 51mm option to match your turbocharger.
- Professional installation is recommended.
- Recheck the drain flange for leaks after the first few heat cycles.
