Why Use An Exoracing 2.5" 3-Bolt Exhaust Gasket?
Exoracing 2.5" 3-bolt composite exhaust gaskets are graphite-coated and constructed from 2 perforated metal sheets sandwiching a high-temperature/pressure carbon layer. Being made to OEM specification guarantees a perfect fitment between flanges.
Our aluminium composite exhaust gaskets are constructed from multiple layers, allowing a better seal between imperfect flanges and conforming to any defects. Although they create a strong seal, we always recommend resurfacing warped flanges to ensure the longest-lasting seal.
Gaskets are used in automotive applications to seal two flanges together, such as in the exhaust system, to create a tight seal without leakage. When gaskets are worn or split, they can leak exhaust gas, which will cause a loss of power and dangerous if it leaks into the cabin.
Gas leaking out of your exhaust system is also an MOT fail in the UK, so it is best to rectify leaks as you notice them. These are just a few reasons to ensure you're using the best gaskets possible when doing exhaust work on your vehicle.
We also offer an Exoracing lifetime warranty on all of our gaskets against manufacturing defects, as we are confident in our products and want to offer you the most risk-free experience possible!

Exoracing 2.5" 3-Bolt Exhaust Gasket Installation Guide:
Follow our easy, step-by-step guide to get up and running as quickly as possible with your new Exoracing exhaust gasket. If you are unsure of any steps in this installation guide or are not confident installing yourself, please get in touch with a professional who can assist.
- First, jack the car up or use a ramp to lift the vehicle into the air. Always use as many safety precautions as possible, such as axle stands, goggles, etc.
- Ensure the exhaust system is cool to the touch to avoid the risk of injury such as burns.
- Find the flange with the gasket that needs replacing and remove the 3 nuts and bolts holding the flanges together. Then, remove the gasket and double-check that it is the same as the new replacement gasket.
- Check to ensure both exhaust flanges are perfectly flat to ensure the best possible seal.
- Slide in the new Exoracing exhaust gasket and tighten the 3 nuts and bolts up to the manufacturer's specified torque level.
- Turn on the car to check for leaks. Once you are happy there are no leaks, you are all done! Let the car down and enjoy a leak-free exhaust system.
