Why Use an Exoracing T-Piece Oil Feed Pressure Sensor Adapter?
When it's finally time to turbocharge your car, you might find yourself asking the question, "Where can I get my turbo oil feed from?". But we've got the perfect solution for you.
Our Exoracing 1/8"Npt to An04 t-piece oil feed pressure sensor adapter might be just the solution you need. Typically, you would find a port on your engine block that has a factory-fitted oil pressure sensor. We can utilise this port and add our t-piece, which would allow you to refit your pressure sensor after the t-piece while also being able to add an An04 oil drain line from the centre section and giving you a cost-effective, long-term solution for your turbo oil management.
For a long time, people have been using sandwich plates to take their oil feed from, which is a fine solution, but they can be big and cumbersome, which in some chassis could be more practical. Due to the compact design of our oil pressure sensor adaptor t-piece, it's a space-saving design which allows for a more manageable install.
Our Exoracing T-piece adaptors are CNC machined from stainless steel, ensuring you receive a fitting that is free from defects and offers excellent corrosion resistance. This means all our fittings are made to last.
The adaptor block has been machined with 1/8"NPT threads on all three ports, meaning you can mount this t-piece in any orientation that works best for your application without worrying about using external adaptors for different thread types. We've stuck with 1/8"NPT as this seems to be the go-to for oil pressure sensors from the factory and aftermarket manufacturers. We supply our t-piece blocks with a 1/8th NPT bung, which is usually the port you would refit your pressure sensor to, a 1/8"NPT male to male fitting, which you would usually fit back into the block, and finally, a 1/8"NPT to an04 fitting, which is perfect for attaching to your oil feed line.
If you are on a mission to turbocharge your vehicle, add more sensors, or refresh the existing hardware you already have fitted, our T-Piece Oil Feed Pressure Sensor Adapter is the perfect solution.

Exoracing T-Piece Oil Feed Pressure Sensor Adapter Installation Guide:
Follow our installation guide to ensure your product is fitted correctly. As always, we recommend professional installation if you are not confident:
- Before starting, it is recommended that you check that all thread types are compatible. Also, ensure your engine and oil are cold to avoid the risk of burning yourself.
- Remove your pressure sensor from your engine block, it might be wise to place a rag under the sensor to catch any oil that could leak out.
- Thread your 1/8"NPT male-to-male adaptor into the block finger tight, then tighten using a 13mm spanner. Aim for 2-3 full turns after finger tight to ensure a proper seal.
- Attach the t-piece block to the fitting you just installed finger tight, then use your 13 mm spanner to aim for 2-3 full turns.
- If the 1/8"NPT plug is still installed, you can now remove this to reinstall your oil pressure sensor into the open port, following the instructions above for tightening.
- Finally, you can thread your 1/8"NPT to AN04 adaptor back into the t-piece block, tightening the fitting 2-3 full turns after finger tight using your 13mm spanner.
- You are now ready to install your AN04 turbo feed line onto the t-piece, and know you'll have a reliable solution for your turbo oil management.
