Why Use Exoracing T3 Twinscroll Turbo Gasket?
Here at Exoracing, we are dedicated to providing you with the best quality parts possible. Our range of gaskets is a testament to that, with OEM+ quality and a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If you are looking for parts that won't let you down, you've come to the right place.
Your turbo gasket sits between your manifold and turbo mating flanges to ensure a proper seal and stop exhaust gasses from leaking. Our Exoracing turbo gaskets have been designed to meet OEM specifications and are cut and folded precisely to ensure a perfect seal.
A leak of exhaust gasses between your turbo and manifold will cause issues with boost and air/fuel ratios, causing you to lose power and potentially harm your engine. The other main reason to avoid such a leak is that exhaust gasses making their way into the cabin are not only a MOT failure but are also harmful to your health.
Our turbo gaskets are crafted from 304 Stainless Steel, which gives them a great lifespan, prevents corroding from the outside, and allows for excellent formability. This ensures you can seal your exhaust gasses in for the best performance possible.
To guarantee the perfect seal promised, we recommend resurfacing the mating flanges when you replace your gaskets. This will ensure the faces of the flanges are perfectly straight and free from defects that could allow gas to escape.

Exoracing T3 Twinscroll Turbocharger Gasket Installation Guide:
You can follow our step-by-step guide to ensure you correctly install your turbo gasket. If you're not confident in your own ability, we always recommend using a professional to install your parts.
- Ensure your car is switched off and the engine has cooled down if it has been driven previously; you don't want to burn yourself!
- Remove all oil/water lines going to your turbo, making sure to have something underneath to catch any fluids.
- Undo and remove the bolts holding your turbo to your exhaust downpipe.
- Undo and remove the bolts/studs between your turbo and manifold so you can now remove the turbo from your car.
- This is the stage where you need to check the condition of the mating flanges on your turbo and manifold. You can do this by using a straight edge over the flange and checking for warpage. If you can see light between the straight edge and the flange, then off to the machine shop you go to get them resurfaced flat.
- Now confident in the condition of all mating surfaces, you can bolt your turbo back to the manifold, remembering to install your new gasket in between.
- Using a torque wrench, ensure the bolts are tightened to the manufacturer's specs.
- Bolt your downpipe back into position and torque the bolts back to the manufacturer's specs.
- You can now refit your oil/water lines to your turbo.
- Now that you have finished fitting your new exhaust gasket, we recommend running your car through a few heat cycles, getting the engine up to operating temperature, letting it cool back down, and then repeating this process one or two more times.
- Once your engine has cooled down for the last time, we highly recommend going over all bolts, studs and fittings removed and retorquing them to the manufacturer's specs.
